Great Falls School of Art sponsors day, evening and weekend classes, workshops and special programs for adults, teens and children in fine and applied visual arts on a semester basis. Courses are planned to fit busy schedules and fuel a variety of interests and abilities. All instruction is offered at the art school's convenient Walker Road location in Leigh Corners, Great Falls.

Guest Artist Bob Gilbert to Share Time and Talent with Students

Saturday, October 20:  10am - 4:30 pm   A special plein air class in Riverbend Park.  Rain date 10/23.

Faculty Profiles
Jill Banks: Oil portraits, figurative genre scenes and still lifes that have generated national and regional honors.  Represented by Chelsea 32 Gallery in New York and Chasen Galleries in Richmond.  Her studio is in the Artists' Atelier in Great Falls (www.jillbanks.com).
Donna Barnako: jewelry making, specializing in intricate beading, handmade beads and sterling silver wireworking (www.jewelworx.com)
Deanna Fernandez: an artist, former preschool teacher and Early Childhood Development professional who teaches the ArtStart program to young children
Deborah Greening: Taught art at Cooper Middle School for 16 years, and at the elementary and high school levels. Holds a masters degree in education..
Kathleen Hedges: bronze sculpture
Linda Jones: acrylic, watercolor, pastel and oil paintings, specializing in landscapes (www.lindajonesart.com)
Adrienne Kralick: A professional artist and portrait painter with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Auburn University.  Learned the techniques of the Old Masters and Impressionists while copying in the museum of the Art Institute of Chicago, and while studying with artists throughout the US and Europe. Her studio is in the Artists' Atelier in Great Falls (www.adrienneartist.com).
Robert Liberace: an internationally acclaimed contemporary classicist equally accomplished in drawing, painting and sculpture who was selected as one of the top twenty realist artists under the age of forty in the February 2006 issue of The Artist’s Magazine  (www.robertliberace.com)
Michela Mansuino: landscape artist, with a BFA in painting and printmaking from Tyler School of Art, Philadelphia. Previously taught middle and high school art at the American School of Recife, Brazil.

Terri Parent:  A hobby of rubber stamping turned into a design business with a collection of more than 200 stamps for this small-business owner, pre-school teacher, camp director and author.
